I'm grateful to Carea Community Health Centre for inviting me to share my message yesterday, at their signature annual event "Day of Hope and Leadership 2.0". This year's proceeds from the event is dedicated to their children and youth mental health programs. I was so inspired by the leaders that showed up from the City of Oshawa, Durham Region Social Services Durham College, GTA and surrounding Entrepreneurs, automotive industry, and the financial services sector to name a few. When asked what my hope for key take-aways were for the attendees, my response was this: - "Life is all about Love, and the most important relationship you'll ever have is with your Self, and next is the relationships with one another"; - "Remember that while you have technical skills you apply in the environments you enter in (work, family, social), the inner you (passion, purpose, who you truly are) matters as a base, when it comes to realizing lasting results you want for yourself and others" ; - "Love guides and illuminates, opening the gate to hope and leadership...invest in how you translate love in your thoughts, actions, behaviour, life, and bring that out into your relationships for Oneness that engages and serves - yes, even in your workplace!"
