Our habits support our well being, sense of purpose, belonging, and breakthroughs in performance at work and in other important aspects of life. And yet, all too often, we can get caught up in negative patterns around how we live, how we react, how we eat, how we sleep, how we relate with others, and how we relate to circumstances that come our way. When habits form, they can either hinder us or flourish us in what we set out to achieve or have in our life. Mindfulness intervention techniques and practices can change our relationship to habits in every aspect of life that have a big impact on our vitality, well-being, and performance outcomes – change, for the better and in alignment with what we set out to achieve or have in our life.

Habits can seem impossible to shift, but with increased awareness, clarity, enhanced focus and intention, we can change them for better outcomes through our inner brilliance for lasting authentic success in all aspects of life – be it at work, in family, community, society. 

 

It starts from being able to tap into and knowing how to care for our inner brilliance - which is our truths in our vitality, wholeness, well being, genius talents and gifts unique to each of us.

The Mindful Brilliance Unleashed with Meditation course is an experiential ten-lesson course for learning about mindfulness meditation as one powerful tool that can help to mindfully tap into and stay in your inner brilliance for your breakthroughs in performance and flow in life's roles and relationships that matter to you. 

 

Led by Maria R. Nebres – authentic success guide, two-time best selling author, expert in workplace effectiveness support, certified consulting hypnotist and mindful-based intervention guide for personal and professional growth enhancement - this course teaches you a signature Mindful Brilliance with Meditation fundamentals to build on and add to your own toolkit for enhancing your coping skills, reducing perceived anxiety and stress, amplifying your confidence, resilience and a solid basis for making long lasting, positive changes, influence and impact in your everyday wellbeing, relationships, and performance within a life of thriving.

 

As you move through the course, you will enhance your understanding and capacity for tapping into and strengthening your own unbiased awareness toward consistent wise choices aligned with your authentic success in day-to-day, moment-to-moment life experiences – helping you to shift out of negative patterns and get back to your brilliance!

8.     Mindful Brilliance for Anxiety

9.     Mindful Brilliance for Work and Career

10.  Mindful Brilliance for Forward

 

This is a foundational course and is for you if:

·        You feel overwhelmed, burnt out (or on the verge of overwhelm / burn out).

·        You’re looking for guided support to stay motivated and committed to building/enhancing your self care as a daily strategy for authentic success management.

·        You’ve tried techniques to quiet your mind but can’t seem to consistently commit to a practice or you are not seeing consistent results (e.g., still feeling overwhelmed).

·        You’re responsible for targets, and others in your life and want to improve your focus and stress-coping skills for better influence and impact in your important role(s): you may be a teacher, organizational leader, manager/supervisor, team leader, employee, entrepreneur, student, stay-at-home parent, caregiver, in-between jobs/career, going through a personal or professional transition.

 

What you’ll receive with this course:

 

1)     10 consecutive facilitator-led classes, one topic per class each week, for 10 weeks.

a.     Pre-Course Start. You will also have a 15-minute one-one orientation session with Maria, prior to course-start.

b.     Each class runs a minimum of 90 minutes to 2 hours. There may be a couple of classes which could be 2.5 hours (you will be advised in advance of those classes).

c.     Applied learning - each lesson includes time built in for your experiential application of the lesson (e.g., mindful brilliance exercises; mindful movement such as gentle yoga or mindful walking; mindful eating exercise, mindful rest, mindful clarity for focus, etc.); independent practice assignment in between weekly sessions; 

d. Each class also includes time for group debrief and coaching from Maria.

e.   Following completion of the course (after the 10th lesson day), we will have a full day together for an experiential at-home Silent Retreat for guided integration application of the fundamental practices learned.

 

2)     Each topic lesson comes with a workbook as a practice reference and tool guide during our time together, and for your daily guide.

 

3) Guided meditation for brilliance recordings based on the curriculum - for your access to reinforce your practice in between our classes.

 

Plus:

4)     Bonus: *One hour per week of individual or group check-in / open forum coaching with Maria in between classes – pending class cohort size, private one-on-one request may be feasible within the course schedule and as pre-arranged with Maria; otherwise, scheduling may be outside of your program duration. *If outside of the program schedule, only 1 one-hour private coaching is provided at no additional cost.

 

5)     Bonus: community support via private Facebook group access (lifetime membership in this group); access to our App for audio recordings related to this course programme.

The NEXT Course schedule and registration deadline:

 

Next cohort classes begin March 30 until May 25 (Thursdays, 7PM-8:30PM EST - note: there may be times when class could end by 9pm latest)

- last session class is May 25; and a Silent Retreat is targeted May 26 or thereabouts, tba. Orientation 15-mins one-one sessions for each registrant, will run prior to March 30, and upon successful course registration.
